I was just involved in an accident. What do I do now?

Does my insurance adjuster need to see my car first?
Not at all. You can even drop your car off with us and have the adjuster do their appraisal here at Ace Collision Center closely with all the major insurance companies and can easily advise them of any work and repairs that need to be done to your vehicle. In most cases, Caliber will be pre-approved and you’ll only need one estimate.
What can I expect when bringing my vehicle to Ace Collision Center?

Besides the friendly faces and free popcorn, you’ll find the industry’s top collision and repair professionals. If you already have an appointment scheduled, our Customer Service Representatives will introduce you to your Service Advisor who will walk you through your repair process. How long do car repairs take?
Every repair we do is unique due to the level of damage, but we will give you a timeline with your estimate and communicate with you through every step of the repair process.
What if something goes wrong with my repairs a few years from now?
While we’re confident this will not happen, we’re also available to help if it does. We back up all repair work with a written limited lifetime warranty. That means whether it’s a month, a year or five years down the road, we’ll correct the problem free of charge as long as you own your vehicle, at any one of our convenient Ace Collision Center.
